That was funny....too bad the person didn't have the balls to come and meet me and get his *** whooped. The CRX is gone right now, but there will be another project around to take its place....the Supra will be running mid to low 13's by March if everything goes according to plans. My new Honda project should start during the summer.

I missed you inferno. So you're gonna take my previous suggestion and put a 5.0 in the Supra to get mid 13's? LOL.

The 22R is a 4 cylinder, and I believe the Supra's came with 6's. Take care, -Chris

Don't know for sure, but in 1982 I looked at buying a Supra, and it had a twin cam IL6. I thought that same engine stayed around for 5 years or more, but I could be wrong.
Take care, -Chris

All Supras have come with inline 6's. The 1st and 2nd gens did share a platform with the Celica but there was always a difference between the two(in the US at least). The 1st gens were called Supras(it said Celica Supra on the badges but the back of the car had Supra in big lettering) and had a 2.8 liter single cam inline 6(5m-e). The 2nd gen(like mine) also had the Celica Supra badges and came with a 2.8 liter dohc inline 6(5m-ge.....g meaning dohc). The 3rd gen Supra had it's own platform and came with either a NA 3.0 inline 6(7m-ge) or a turbo 3.0 inline 6(7m-gte.....guess what the t means). 4th gen Supras had either a NA 3.0 inline 6(2jz-ge) or the beastly 2jz-gte. If you have any questions or need any help regarding 90% of import motors and transmissions, I am the guy to ask.

When I saw return of the great one I thought they were bringing back the GTO. If you ever saw any old car magazines the Gto advertisements referred to the GTO as the great one. Anyway what happened to keep you away so long? Computer problems or a long trip?
