OK, there is a BIG difference between tight jeans and wranglers. For one wranglers are made for working and riding in. They conform to your body but are not supposed to squeeze you. If they squeeze you, the clerk you bought them from doesn't know how to fit wrangler correctly. They are the most comfortable jeans I have ever worn. People in tight jeans (as in Levi’s) just look goofy. :p

As for car shows in Southern Cali, I don't normally go down that way because Miles Cook and Jim Smart from the magazine usually cover that area. But I was thinking about hitting the Knott's Berry Farm Shelby show next year, I here that show kicks ***. Any other large shows I should know about? I would be willing to drive down for a large Mustang show (i.e. over 300 Mustangs).

I will take that large sum bet Deuce!!! I come from a long line of rodeo folk. I grew up breaking horses and touring the rodeo circuit. There is nothing like settling down in a shoot with one ton of pissed off bull. Talk about an adrenalin rush I think the first time I ever rode, you couldn't wipe the smile off my face for days afterwards. I may look petite, and innocent but I'm not!!;)

Well then maybe you should help me get them fitted right.:D Seriously though, I always seem to miss the Shelby show. There are a large number of BOSS cars down here too, I need to figure out where they all meet though. Yellow '69 302 is my first love, but the Shelby's are a close second.

In that case the deck may be stacked in your favor, but I never back down from a challenge. I may want to make the bet for dinner, but that can be just as expensive in LA.:rolleyes:

The next car show I plan on attending is in Dell Rapids,South Dakota june 29th and june 30th.

It's the largest car show in South Dakota.They have a cruise night July 27th with the actual show July 28th. Pretty wild they have an area out of town about 5miles or so where everyone goes to do their burnouts,etc. since the local cops got tired of it all ;)

I would have been there at like 2:20 or so if I wouldn't have.

Mustangguy, there was a car there that looked almost exactly like yours. I was gonna be ticked. LOL. That car show was the first one I've ever been to. I've never really had anybody who wanted to go along before, and most of them seemed like a pretty good drive away. Maybe next time though.

If by "cool" people, you mean mustangworld people, then I think I'll pass... :D It's tough enough talking to them online, I guarantee I'd hand out a butt kicking if I were to meet up with some of the people from there in person...

Don't get me wrong, some of the posters there are real cool, but for many of em, the whole site is a huge popularity contest. I've "only" amassed 400 posts in the 3 years I've been on there, so by there standards, I'm still a "newbie" and am often treated accordingly by the three month old, 7000post "senior members."

Here, here...I noticed the same thing too...the only other site I could stomach was Stangnet, and even there I stay away from the Lounge...I just stick to the Northeast and East coast forums.
