Default rough riding pony

All new shocks and struts, but still rides like a rigid frame harley davidson.
1992 GT.
How can I soften the ride?

Default Should not be stiff if stock?

Tell us any supension mods done to the car. It shouldn't be that stiff if it's stock. Most folks feel the need to stiffen things up some to improve handling.

srv1 is right! High pressures do make for a harsher ride. One wouldn't think it, but stock supensions do depend on the tires for some cushioning, but that implies stock tire sizes and recommended pressures in a stock suspension. I run 35 psi in my front 215/60R/15's and 22 psi in my rear 235/60R/15's for my kind of driving in my car, none of which is stock.

"I KEEP THE TIRE PRSSURE AT THE P.S.I. THAT IS STATED ON THE TIRES" (35 psi front, 44 psi rear)

Default Thats right

tell ya the truth ,even with tall and wide tires . I've talked with alot of people that no there ***** about tires and with the light body that a stang has ( this is GOODYEAR) they say with a 255-45-or 50 ZR 17 ... run 32 psi . not 35 ,36 37 ... 32 is max for a big tire
