From one professional mechanic to another, I couldnt agree with you more. Those who think craftsman tools are great are weekend wrenchers or just plain dont know any better.

I split craftsman sockets all day long. I couldnt split a snap on socket while it was mounted in a vise, beating it with a sledge hammer...(true story)

Unit, I threw away my sears charge card as soon as they started accepting mastercard and visa. I suggest you do the same, but I guess its to late, you already boycotted them.
