Angry Seat bracing bent

The seat bracing (frame) bends, and will no longer support driver...

On my 1997 Aerostar, the driver's seat frame bent from fatigue, and now leans back. I adjusted the upright position, but its maxed out, and still leans back. I have "kicked" the seat and rebent it forward, but I'm afraid doing that again will crack the seat bracing.

Is there anyway to help reinforce it?
Anything I can weld a bracket to...?

Looking for suggestions.
