There is a guy in one of my classes whos family owns a bunch of junk yards in the area. He said he could hook me up with any motor or trans for $50 if i wanted. I gave him a list of things to look for and he came back and told me that they have a rebuilt 429 Cobra Jet!! He sais that he and his folks are chevy guys so it is of no use to them, but he would be ready to give me a price tommorow. He said it would be REAL agreable! I'm guessing around the $250-$500 range. There is no way i am passing this up, so it looks like i am looking for a new project car now. I have some ideas to include, shelby cobra replica, gen 1 stang, maby a fox body swap.....
