... for the first time in two years!
It was cool!! I missed it! I only got to get in one run though which sucked, I spun the tires in first and second and granny shifted!! (last time I went, I blew the T-5!) I wound up with a 14.6@98mph... YUK! I haven't had anything over 14.3 in a lonnng time! (best 13.5@105mph)
There was a big wreck too, right after my run. A dragster lost control after he hit the 1320 mark, at 8.63@157 mph, spinning around and flipping in the grass at the end of the track. The Trauma Hawk (hospital helicopter) was called in and they took him away... no word how he is.
As this all was going on, it started to rain a little, and we decided to leave, so unfortunately, I only got one run in! No time to get back into the swing of things! But it was fun... my car just passed the 167,000 mile mark, so I'm getting a little nervous on the stock bottom end!
But it was fun, was anyone else there tonight?

BTW... some of the imports were running 9's... unreal! I was impressed. Things like accords or preludes. I was glad when I lined up with a Camaro SS... incredibly, with my time, I won... He had a 1.6 reaction time to my .700...
