PC2100DDR Memory: DDR modules are named for their peak bandwidth. The 2100 DIMM will transfer 2.1GB per second. The 2.1GB per second comes from multiplying the memory bus width by the data rate. For PC2100 its (8 bytes x 266mhz) = 2128 mb/ second.
