To make it simple:
Your supposed to be guaranteed an alotted amount of bandwidth on DSL. Say 768K downstream and 128K up stream.
The CABLE is fast both ways. The DSL is slow uploads fast downloads.
Next time buy a computer from our store. I'll get you a better price and better parts.
