cool, i was stationed at pearl harbor for three years, which island are you going to? if it's , oahu, that's where you will land, then adam you have got to go to the north shore, man the biggest waves in the world except for austrailia, if you go to banzai beach, be careful the undertow there will take you out a mile to sea in a heartbeat, have fun, the only other islands i went to, were kaui & maui let me know if it's any of these & i can give you a head's up on thing's to do. l8ter, marty.
