The only thing I did was put my old rims/tires back on the back.
It wasn't that good, because I didn't have enough power to pull past 2200-2300 rpms. I did one in front of my house just after I put the old wheels on that was much better(but much shorter too). It was reving past 3k when I poped off the brake,......it left 25 foot black marks

, I'll have to get a pic of it. I think it did so well in front of my house because it was about 2:00 and the road was good and hot.
I seem to have trouble spining on the schools parking lot, so I'll be adding a little motor oil under the tires.
This burnout was about 20 seconds long........the big one will be more like 1 minute(that's my goal)
