Found It
The magazine is the June 1998 issue of Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords. Volume 11, number 6.
It is an 88 and 95 mustang combined and I think it looks pretty sweet. The shops are called Miracle Auto Body and Master of All Shades and are located in Newark, NJ. Their is no number given for the shops, but hopefully the names are the same and numbers can be looked up.
