I don't mind the FZR's notchy gearbox. The problems I was referring to was mainly 2nd gear. It has a nasty tendancy to go out on the bikes before 1991.

Hethj7, I wasn't really addressing you, I was addressing 96SNAKE, who felt he could handle weight pretty well

The 250 can be manhandled a little, but not much there either. The 600 class can't be manhandled at all. The 600s are wider, heavier, and they are really built to stay planted.
