Saturday morning I spoke with Paul Bailey and as some of you know Etown would like us to come up with some kind of event for the 17th of August b/c of the cancellation of the Harley Event being Cancelled.

I have faxed etown a proposal of the event plus the estimated number of attendees who will participate. Event time is from 4pm to close 10pm

I would like to invite the following, SSOTN, SVTOA, ECS, MCA, BEASST (Impala SS), and perhaps some others clubs. Already JDM from JDM Engineering, offered their support and Express Performance will be notifying their customers that they also will be invited to this event.

My preliminary plans are to have a club challenge, where each club can race each other, with the winners representing each club or shop in a final elimination event.

Admission will be $20 to race and $10 to watch.

Since the weekend was meant to accomodate the 100th Anniversary of Harley Davidson, Etown now has this day vacant for an event. It would be nice if we could fill this day with a nice day of racing for our members as well as other whom we invite. Essentially this means that we have the track exclusively for us and our guests. We are awaiting from Englishtown for the green light.
