as far as my knowledge they absolutely do....they make a few kinds of them tho....one requires hardly any install, and one requires tons of install....they have two with diff labels...ones the 120mph (?) and the other is the 150mph (?)....i dont remember the top speeds exactly....but they should both fit in your 2002 perfectly (just make sure you grab the right speed...lol).....if no one can supply a link i remember reading about em in mustangs fast fords....go to booksamillion, snag it off the rack and read through...hehe...or search online....
