If you go to a doctor let me know what he says. I had one of my arms pop out playing high school football. In college they both started doing it. I have to be careful how I throw a football(or anything for that matter) and lift things. Both of mine will pop out but they always pop right back in and it hurts pretty bad. I don't think there is much they can do.. he'll probably tell you to do exercises that strengthen the muscles in the shoulders. They told me that will help to keep them in place.
