....cars that end up like that i believe are from child neglect, and years of Asian inbreeding that spreads accross continental boundaries and places these people in the united states.....maybe that's just a conspiracy theory, but they're everywhere, maybe ricers are trying to take over  ....or maybe not 
I wonder if people in other countries have ricers? Or have people who modify cars in a similarly distasteful way. hmmmm......gets ya thinking about how much of an epidemic this is.
