lucky birdy, hopefully...but unfortunately i dont know anything about bird health...maybe if you expain to the vet how you found him like that and such and cant really afford a visit all that well, the vet will discount the visit (ive seen doctors do this with people before...its touching sometimes)...who knows...you probably saved this little bird and maybe the vet has a soft spot...you name it yet?
