Do you really need to ask?!?! GET THE COBRA!!!!!! I hate the way the new Monte Carlos look. Chevy took their best lookin car, and screwed it up BIG TIME. Plus if my memory serves me correctly there isn't much of a power gain with the SS on the 2000 Monte Carlos.
