Hey man, i just wanted to chime in and say that everyone else has got it pretty close. i feel that you have to stay strong, and let it run its course. that's the only thing you can really do without hurting yourself more.

i almost left my fiance after i found out about a couple of very bad events from a couple years ago. and it was about 2 months ago that i found out about this stuff, and we talked, and i decided to stay. but even now, when i think about it at all, i just feel like going outside, and roaring like an animal, and trying to tear a tree out of the ground. of course, i'm kind of like that, so...

i always find someone i can trust to talk to, and try not to be alone. the worst thoughts run through your head when you're alone, so being alone is bad. even when it feels like the best thing for you. i've been there, and it was either spend time with friends and try to deal, or go psycho and break things and punch holes in walls. i finally got tired of fixing and replacing stuff, so i've started opting for the friends instead. maybe you should too.

Good luck man, i really hope you feel better. and remember, life is a series of experiences, twists, and turns, and this is but one. it's not the end. that which does not kill us makes us stronger. or at least really pissed off. lol

Eric
