i'm only 20 and my body felt that. ford need to train gnomes how to do task like that and then package them with the part.

i agree about the firewall adjuster. i think that is how my t5 got its 2nd gear fucked. my old cable was really streched.... so much that the previous owner put 1/4 inch think nuts on the end of the cable as "spacers" even with 6 of those the damn thing was hard to get in.
