Thanks guys. I guess I have uninsured protection on my truck because my insurance guy said they would take care of it. Im not sure if I have rental coverage or not though, and since this is my work truck, that could be a problem. I might have to wait until the end of February when I leave for a week and a half, to get it fixed.
We are required here to have insurance, but alot of good that does.
I heard the kid tell the cop that he had been in an accident before, but it wasnt his fault. He was issued a ticket for no insurance, and failure to yield.
