and wow it was amazing
I'd been there before, but I was alot younger (around 12) and didn't like the HUGE roller coasters. So this time was the "real" first time for me.
Got there as the gates opened, and went straight to Millenium Force (310ft tall) and about shat myself! Absolutely amazing.
Then went on pretty much all the other ones, and the Raptor was my second favorite of the day.
We waited till dark to get in line for Top Thrill Dragster.
If you dont know anything about this ride, heres the rundown:
0-120mph in 4seconds flat, then it shoots you STRAIGHT up 420ft! (tallest in the world by far), then takes a 180degree turn, twists you around, and you go 420ft back STRAIGHT DOWN! talk about a pants pisser!
Ended up waiting only about 1.5hours (usual wait is well over 2-2.5), but this thing was worth waiting all day for. Words can't even explain it.
The track was about 1/8 of a mile before it went straight up. So its pretty much equivalent to a car that runs low 4's at around 120 in the 1/8th. So I pretty much just rode in a freakin Pro5.0 car!
