I didn't say not too light up the tires from the light
. I was just commenting on the verbal part of your response. I like to kind of get a "read" on the people next to me, then decide whether or not to roast the tires.
In your case, those teenage boys would have gotten a big kick out of seeing the Stang light 'em up. I still remember cruising around with a group of friends right after we turned 16 and seeing a fox-style Saleen. We told the guy to get on it and he spun the tires all the way through through the intersection. We thought that was the coolest thing ever and still talk about it
. Plus, spinning a few tires may help some teenagers fall in love with a Mustang rather than a riced-out Civic.
