ok, I have a moderately funny story about my wife and rims.
About 6 weeks ago, I bought new rims. You can see the photo in my avator. Nothing like stock, right? My otherwise extremely intelligent, does not miss a single thing, can NEVER put a single thing pass her wife has been driving that car on and off since then. She noticed the rims right away and said she liked them.
Yesterday when she came home from work, the stang was parked in the driveway. She wanted to know what the heck I did to the tires (remember, "tires" is what non-car folk refer collectively to tires and wheels combined). She acussed me of painting them black! She thought they had been chrome. Can you believe that?
