I guess I think its cool to have that kind of a link back to the "birth" of my car, given how much has changed, and to think that 38 years ago this car, (albiet in a different color) was running about , with this plate on it.
It kind of ties you into the past of the cars, and gives another tangible example of it. I guess its that something so "trivial" has survived along with the actual car.
Dunno, maybe its just me, lol
