Man, I hate NY.....Anyway, you have to screw the bolts into the front bumper cover
and kind hope they stay.
There is a licence plate mounting kit, it's a nice black thingie that just screws into your front bumper in the center. If you look close enough you will see to small circles in the bumper.......as much as I hate to say this......screw the bolts in there. Oh and NY sucks.....
