I doubt the prosecutor would look to favorably on that cops ticket, should he decide to issue one.

I do very much agree with your neighbors complaint though. You need to find a way to get that alarm to be less sensative, or replace it with one that is. It's not fair to the neighborhood to have that thing goin non-stop.
