It is a Mexican made Strat. I bought it new for $450 in my area. I know it's not worth as much as an American made one (it was all I could afford at the time), but I have a buddy who is probably the best bass player for a 100 mile radius (including Indianapolis) who also plays guitar and he said it's one of the best "action" guitars he's played. If it were on a shelf next to a brand new guitar you wouldn't know this one was used other than the fact you can see wear marks starting in the frets just slightly.

We have a local guitar store here which sells them used for $300+ so i put a $300 reserve on it on eBay. If I can't sell it for that I'm not going to sell it.
