Default Avatars

How in the world do you get a picture small enought to fit under your name? I have a low resolution digital camera and even try editing the pictures with "picture It", but still cant get the picture data size small enough.

Computer gurus, come forth....

Just right click on the picture and download it to your hard drive, if you like it.

Take care,
-Chris

ok, now educate me, how did you do it?

I assume you just need editing software that I dont have. Is this correct?

I downloaded it to my hard drive, and then opened it in a freebie program called Photodeluxe that came with my scanner. From there, I cropped it to cut out the excess edges, and then clicked on "size". I entered the number 140 (pixels) in the width window, and clicked enter. I saved it as a jpeg to my HD. Then I posted it on my website, and then on MW. Total time: about 3 minutes.

Take care,
-Chris
