Post PT Ricer

This is the first time I have ever saw one of these.. I wish I would have had a camera. On my way into college this morning down Washington street I heard the famous mouse farting can approaching from behind me. I looked in my rearview but spotted no rice. A few cars go to pass and I be damned if it was a lowered PT Cruiser with mirror tint some decals up in the windows and a fart can half the size of the car!..Just thought I would share.

today i saw a BMW 318i (the littlest, wussiest BMW ever, save for the Bubble car) with a single muffler with dual upturned tips. it was racing a new V6 Accord with TWO of the biggest fart cans i've ever seen.

Maybe they put on bigger fart cans to make bigger gravy bowls for faster cars

Thumbs down

I'm sure most will disagree with me, but I always thought the PT Cruiser was kinda cool - atleast for the retro styling. Whether you're a fan or not you have to hand it to Dodge for making production vehicles out of concept cars (Viper, Prowler, etc.). Ricing it out is just stupid. Just goes to show you people can ***** up anything. Oh well, it's not like you're going anywhere fast in one of those.

Do they even have v-6's in them? Or is it just 4 bangers.

I think they're all 4 bangers. Fairly weak ones at that.

Yeah its FWD and I believe the base engine is the 2.0 liter engine from the neon and a 2.4 liter 4-banger is optional.

I hate the styling of those things because they look far too "chryslerized" IMO. I liked the last prototype they had of it, because it had crisp and sharp lines, but then after they made it look like a Chrysler I really hated the POS Cruiser.
