Exclamation Thank you!!! - Rick91GT, Jeff Chambers, stangsrule, and anyone I've not mentioned...

I just want to say thank you to all the people from this board who have took the time to give me advice, tech help, and all the other helpful information to help me get my car back together right. I am forever grateful and wish like hell I could meet all of you in person to shake your hands (stangsrule, I'll do that next time I see you buddy). With well over $5,500 wrapped up in the car in less than a year's time my Stang is now the fastest, baddest, meanest, wickedest car I have EVER owned and I couldn't have done it without you guys.

THANK YOU!

We will be getting to the track around 8:00am so we can get things setup.

I forgot to mention the people I hang out with in the chat room that have given me a great deal of help, especially musmondo who sent pics of his setup to help me with mine and gave me all sorts of other tech help. Sorry I forgot you dude.

Also Dave (MustangGT) who was there with moral support and helped whenever he could.

Sounds cool man. I know that would be one hell of a drive for you guys anyway, but I think you'd agree that it would be worth it with all the cars coming so far.

Did ya notice all my new mods? Last time we talked I was completely stock in the engine compartment =)

No Problem

That is a impressive list for a years time. Good Luck this weekend, let the 12's begin.

An Update on my Project "Better run like a scalded chicken on crack car"

I got most of the interior in last night, the new black carpet looks great, but man what a pain to fit it to the roll bar, I should have the interior assembled tonight, then I'll go back to working on the heads. I just needed a break from holding that die grinder for hours on end. Still shooting for next weekend but it's going to be really tight, it may run into the following week. I'll post pic's as soon as the digital camara makes it way back to my office.

I'll bet that's fun Rick. I'll find out soon enough because I plan on a roll bar next winter. I'm pretty much done for this year other than a few little things. You like your Jaz seat Rick?

I need to figure out something for my hatch area too. After ripping the rear seat and the carpeting out it looks kinda bare back there.

The roll bar was time comsuming, the X brace took awhile but it looks bad! I'll get some pic's soon. As for the seats they fell good on my back so far alot of lower support but sitting in them in the garage and driving down the road will be to different stories. I finshed the interior except the headliner, and I'm still working on the heads, but they look really nice. Can you post that link for the white A/C gauge cover.
