Question Questions about FFW...

This is my first time to go to Fun Ford Weekend and I was hoping to get an idea of what it's going to be like before I go.
I'm not going to race (car is WAY to slow) or enter it in the show, so how does the event handle spectators? I'll be watching the races and car show, but mainly I plan on doing a lot of shopping. With no credit card available, I'm hoping most of the vendors will accept checks; if not, will there be an ATM so I can get cash?
I was planning on arriving Friday afternoon and leaving sometime Sunday morning, but I noticed the flier said only participants allowed Fri. If I can't go there Fri, I may just make it a day trip all day Saturday.
Hope to see some of you there! Thanks,

Take cash with you. The magazine guys will be there and you can get a free tshirt when you renew your subscription. No atm that I've ever seen, some vendors(stickers and tshirts) may take a check, but for the deals you're gonna need cash. Used parts all over the place, manufacturers will be set up and you can save some money on parts you want/need, but you need cash. If you're looking for a hood, this is the perfect time to get one, start looking early.. they will sale quick. There will be alot of hood manufacturers there, you can just tell some are better than others. Big discount on hoods. I got a deal on a pro-m last time I went to one, I didn't even need a maf but it was too good to pass up. Have fun!
