T-5 Compared to AOD
I picked up my (old) new 89 GT today and I love it!! It's my first 5-speed so I had a little trouble at first but got the hang of it real fast. I even chirped second gear on my second try!!
Compared to my 91 AOD, the 5-speed seems soooo much faster, It just seems like it pulls harder through the gears. And the 91 even had a converter and gears!! So far, I'm loving every second of having a 5-speed and would not trade it for the world. ------------------ SOLD: 91 GT AOD 14.71@91.78mph 89 GT 5-speed: No times yet...STOCK!! 58k miles |
