Magic! Actually it just involved a lot of time, a tripod, and photoshop! I took two pictures, one with the hood up, the otehr down. I then cut out the closed hood, put the engine under it, and made the hood slightly transparent.

If only you wouldn't have done the door! Just fix the that and make the black scoops (or whatever they're called) in the hood, along with "Supercharged" non-transparent and you'd have made me beleive there really was such a hood out there.

Great idea, only thing I ever did with photoshop was repaint my car.

I have a $600 version of Photoshop 5.5 (Mac) that I received as a gift, and I can't figure it out. I have books and cd's too, but no luck. I do all my graphic work through the "came-free-with-my-scanner" photodeluxe 1.0. I do pretty good work, too. I really should just break down and try to figure Photoshop out.

Take care
~Chris

nice photochopping. a while ago i used it to make a bodykit for a datsun Z, but i lost the file. oh well. it was cool, and my art teacher thought it was the best thing since sliced bread was available in sealed plastic bags.
