2nd Amendment is Individual Right

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals wrote an incredible opinion on the true meaning of the 2nd Amendment in a case called USA vs Emerson. If you're a second amendment supporter, read it so that you're ready for the next time someone tries to tell you that the 2nd Amendment only applies to the national guard. If you believe the 2nd Amendment only applies to the national guard, read it and see how wrong you are.
