The construction worker leans over the edge. Looking at the panic strickin face of the truck driver. Scratches his head for a second, looks at the situation. Then a bright idea pops into mind. Maybe, but if you look closely, you can tell that the hitch is off and it's the safety chains holding the truck. No hitch that's still attached would allow that much twist.

It would have been better for him if the boat WAS the one that was hanging over the edge, seeing as it is a Bayliner. They are pretty much the pintos and vegas of the boating industry.

It sure is an interesting test of the safety chains though. It looks like everyone was okay, so that is good too.
