Default W00T!!! I won my dream block on ebay!

I won a 1971 351W block tonight!!! Man, I'm fired up about this now; my Mustang will have a REAL powerplant finally. However, I have to drive from Michigan to western Pennsylvania to get it. Ah, who cares? I'd go to Mars to get this block! /me excited

I think for the majority of the crowd here, I don't even have to explain the advantages of these 68-74 blocks.

Okay, just had to blow that off. Now back to bed! I'm prolly gonna have street racing dreams tonight!

Sweet man! Definitely the foundation for a higher potential, and stronger, mill for your steed. When are you going to go pick it up?

Dan: I'm not sure, but either Friday or Saturday, more likely the latter because the guy works long hours during the week. It doesn't matter because it's never going to get here fast enough!!! Ah, who am I kiddin'? hehehe I've been looking for so long that I almost gave up and was going to build a high-compression 302/349 stroker. But now, my evil plan is in motion; the pieces are set. Mwahahahaha!!!

Dark_5.0: Yeah, tell me about it! I felt like I was going to be in that situation in the closing moments of the auction. I don't know if the other guy was progressively increasing his bid amount, but I had to increment it like 7 times! Too bad, so sad for him. Yay for me!!!

Longball: Lucky bastage, you got to go to a stag party?!? Damn, dancin' strippers or a 1971 351W block...hmm... Hell, I'd take that $75 Home dePoT gift card any day, though.

Just a little more FYI: the block was magnafluxed and the seller guaranteed it's crack-free, plus it's NEVER been overbored. God, I wet myself again....
