				 | looked at an 03 cobra today Things I like: -390 horses -how it looks Things I don't like: -my insurance quote -the clutch is stiffer than i'd like for my daily 25 minute, 2.3 mile commutes -the shifter is too far forward and to the right.....i have to lean forward to reach to shift regardless on my seating position -the radio and climate controls are slightly angled away from the driver's seat i didn't drive it today.

				 | not that i'm realistically considering buying one (i am real happy with my stock gti to use as a commuter/solo II racer and my monte carlo project, plus the whole money thing) i don't think MY problem with it would be solved unless you cut up the center console.........i couldn't even touch the shifter with the seatbelt locked.......that wouldn' work well for autocross

				 | Dude, sounds like you don't have much of a wingspan. None of the guys I talked to had trouble reaching it.

				 | I like the 03 Cobra's in every aspect. I just wish Ford would've started building them a long time ago. And, I wished they would ditch the IRS!! Daniel. |
