![]() Guys,
I have no idea where to start. My dad recently passed his 1969 Chevelle SS 396 to me and I want to get started on restoring it. Where can I find catalogs (Like Mustangs Unlimited, Dugan, LRS) to help me with parts. I've seen them out there.

![]() I used to have a '69 Chevelle Super Sport (with Astro ventalation!). That was such a fun car!!! My National Parts Depot catalogs just arrived last week, and included a new Chevelle/El Camino catalog filled with everything you could possibly need for next to nothing. Their toll free, 24 hour number near you is 1-800-874-7595. Call them up and request a free catalog.
Take care, -Chris

![]() Below is a collage of some of my cars, and has the '69 in it. It's not a great picture, but cameras had just been invented back then.

![]() The 1970 Chevelle SS 454 LS6 is one of the coolest muscle cars of all time. But that's just my opinion.

![]() I agree tireburner....I really like the '69 and '70 Olds 442s too...My dad was telling me that he had a friend in high school that had one, with a 4-spd, but couldn't drive it at all. So whenever someone challenged him he'd have my dad drive it. My dad said that thing had some nugs....
I'd like to have one of each of those cars....that would be pretty nice....I'd probably be a pretty cool guy then.... |
