50-STATE SMOG LEGAL NOS engineers have developed key systems for the 5.0 Mustang that are 50-state emissions-legal, including both 75 and 150 horsepower versions. They are covered under C.A.R.B. Executive Order #D-266. Retrofit kits to upgrade existing systems are also available. See page 35 for additional details. Some systems not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles in the United States.
