Smile We lost the NCAA tourney, but Indiana still has the best corn in the nation

I just wanted to congratulate the Hoosiers on their amazing run in the NCAA tournament.

They'll be back and even better next year.

Well I guess Indiana still has their corn, and that little 500mile race every year

The only people I had to cheer for was the Creighton Bluejays! And they did hardly squat. My boys in blue of Omaha.

Best corn in the nation? Indiana? Whatchu talkin' bout? NEBRASKA BABY! That's why they call it the "Cornhusker" state...we are the corn capital of the world man...

Oh yeah, my city is also the "itchiest" town in the nation. Did anyone see that survey on CNN or whatever? I think Goodland, KS, Colo. Springs, CO, Denver, CO, and Pueblo, CO were the next four highest.

My city is also one of the highest areas of drug trafficing in the US. Highway 385 runs north/south and intersects with Interstate 80 here in Sidney. There are a TON of major busts made by the NSP on I80 around here.

Sidney is also home to Cabela's! Their world headquarters are here and my mom is a Inventory Control Manager for the Hunting/Hard Goods division!

What was this thread about? Oh yeah....basketball....

LOL, not at first, but now that you say that, it could apply to Indiana too

P.S. I hate this state, I'm moving to either somewhere in Texas or Atlanta as soon as college is done!

I plan on going to college at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. But after that, who knows where I'll end up?

What I really want to do is get into the CIA. They have internships at the University of Virginia that I might do if I can go to get my master's degree there. I plan on going into architectural engineering and there's a division of the CIA that would be perfect for me.

The guidance counselor of my school has a brother that's was in the FBI and is in the CIA right now. He's been a lot of help. It's a long shot but I'm always up for a challenge or adventure.

i think the boys are the best!!! And IMO.. Mike Davis deserves to be coach of the year.. he took them to the final four in his first full year as iu's coach... Bob Knight had not done that since 87.

KUDOS IU!!!

Excellent topic!

I wasn't able to catch all the game. When I went to bed it was tied 40 - 40. Was hoping IU would get ahead and run with it. Didn't happen, but I see them going all the way next year.
