be on the lookout!!
Saturns are attacking!! my friend just got his '71 F-150 totaled by a saturn. it really sucks because he has had the truck since he was 8 months old and has spent the last four years building it up. some stupid lady was doing something near 50 in a 35 and wasn't paying attention to the red light that she had, and plowed into him. he got sighted because he is a 20 year old "kid" and she was like 45. she said that she didn't see it, but how do you miss a pull-me-over yellow '71 F-150? IT DOESN'T HAPPEN. I'll try to get pictures soon.

Damn that sucks.....
About a few weeks ago, I saw an accident where a car hit the side of a FULL SIZE truck and flipped it on its side. and the car only had front end damage.... it wasn't a Saturn but still |

Bad call
Joe:
Sorry to hear this. It's not Saturns but crappy drivers that we should always be on the lookout for, but I think you knew that. I would fight this ticket if I was the F-150 owner. Depending on the exact situation, if she was going against the light, she was wrong. I don't see what his age has to do with it, legally, although I realize that a cop will assume a 'kid' probably did something wrong in an accident. He should contest the ticket in court and try to convince his insurance company to decline liability in the accident, which he can only do if the other driver was cited or at least if neither driver was cited. He may be able to get a 50/50 liabilty ruling. In any case, he shouldn't just roll over for this, unless he really was at fault in some way. |

I saw a cool acident with a saturn too. But this one was good.
Here's exactly how I saw it. First I saw some car, can't remember what it was, blue in color. It had flares around it. Behind it was a saturn sedan-wagon, and behind it was a F-150-stock. The blue car had little rear end damage. The F-150 had no danage at all. But the Saturn was sandwiched in between with the rear end and front end pointing up in the air. The car was totaled. Nothing left of it. Looked like someone took it to a Demolition Derby.
