Question Have You Guys Heard Of Late 80's Twister II GT???

There's a 85 Mustang GT Hatchback for sale by my house and its red with Twister II decals on the side. Its got t-tops, 5speed and 938 original miles on it. Its in mint condition and riding on the original tires! The guy wants 15 grand for it.

Heres the link for it on Ebay:
Twister Mustang

Its nice. I'd buy it but I still think that 15 thou is alot for it.

The link doesn't work.

938 miles I'd offer 10

According to the ad it was a group of Kansas City Dealers who made 90 of these cars. Translation. Worth nothing more than a GT.

Lightbulb Twister II info

The 'Twister Special II' designation is of mild interest to collectors.

According to the Mustang GT registry, these were Kansas City DSO cars and only 90 were delivered with the Twister Special II designation. 74 were 5-speed hatchbacks.

FYI: There were only 2 AOD hatchbacks delivered, 9 5-speed convertibles and 5 AOD convertibles.

Kind of a niche rarity and if it's as good as the owner claims (everything works perfectly, etc) he'll get his price, easily.
