Here's a Story...
Of a shirt named rugby!!! That stupid commercial has been on t.v. every five minutes for the last two weeks. Everytime I see it, I want to throw the t.v. out the window. Does anyone else hate this commercial as much as me??

No, they should be forced to drive around in a chopped spring Civic, listening to only that and the stupid LFO songs that were popular a couple summers back.
Dress the car up real ricey, so they get laughed at everywhere and go insane from the stupid music.

Yes. I do hate that commercial. That's one of the nice things about sitting here now with my Mac, is that there wasn't any chance at all that I would have to think about that commercial... until YOU brought it up. Phucker! Now the damn thing is in my head.
Ohhhhh, I owe you a good one for this. Take care, ~Chris

What about "Fanta"?? Hehe, I think those commercials are just as bad. Plus they do radio commercials too!
Chris, the more you think about it, the more it's going to be stuck in your head. "Here's a story, of a shirt named rugby..." Hahaha

TV commercials
"A shirt named rugby"....
(a) Yes, it sucks. (b) Solution: Hit the MUTE button when it comes on (I do) (c) Some folks take TV commercials way too seriously; if you get that annoyed by it, they've already done their job. |

Speaking of the gap commercial it reminded me of the one a while back when they were all dancing like it was a brodway show or something. Then saturday night live had a skit where they did the same thing except they were all fat people. I wet my self when I saw that.

Yeah, I was wondering how 2 white Bradys had some black and asian kids, but I thought oh well, Old Navy works miracles so why even ask?
The retro theme reminded me of the Miller commericals they had going for a while, the 70s style spots with "Dick" as the spokesman. I still remember the black dude as a stunt driver with this tacky *** helmet jumping some old shitbox car, and then giving the thumbs up LOL At least beer commericals can make flashback themed commericals work, not annoy their viewers. |

Yeah..... the whole "Anoyying you into memory" thing just seems to be a baaaaaad marketing pitch. In fact, I have completely boycotted buying those Chips 'Ahoy "cream in the middle" things because that theme song with those SCARY clay-mation characters haunts my worst nightmares....
