Well, what more can really be said? Thanks for all the time you put in as a moderator here, Jim.

Just like everyone else, I hope to see you around the boards still. You know you are always part of the MW family!

Thumbs up Thanks

Thank you all for the words of appreciation; they mean a lot to me.

I've enjoyed my time as a staffer on Mustang Works but as the site grows, the time needed to do the job right has become more than I can spend at this time due to family and other obligations.

No one is indispensible and I know that MW will continue to expand and improve under Dan's leadership. I'm pleased to have been a part of the site and to have done what I could for other Mustangers over the years. We've had our ups and downs but in all, it was a great learning experience for me and I value the time spent and friends made here.

Although I'm stepping down as Administrator/Moderator I'll still be around occasionally- as well as popping up on other forums, other sites. I've never been known to keep my opinions to myself so that won't change, even if I no longer have the responsibility of day-to-day messageboard operations here.

Thanks once again for the support and good wishes.

Jim

Awwww man!

Anyway, you've served here quite some time and we're happy you did. Thanks for the time you served and taking the time to reply to many or our posts with your thoughtful, intelligent advice. We'll miss you as an administrator, but look forward to seeing you as just on us plain old, regular, decrepped members ().

Wow. I go out of town for a week, and come back to this. This really sucks, but i do completely understand. Jim, although we have had differences of opinion over the years, I have always considered you to be one of the "good guys", and among the most helpfull members here. It certainly won't be the same without you here on a regular basis, but hopefully that won't be the case. I wish you nothing but the best in your life, Jim, and hope that you'll come back here as often as you can.

Thanks for all your help!

Take care,
~Chris

Default Thanks

Jim, I just got back from a weeks vacation, and so just now saw the announcement. I know that you always said that you might retire from the administrator/moderator position some day, but I was still a little surprised.

I just want to say thanks for all of the time and effort that you have invested in MW over the years. I know it must have taxed your free time to a geat extent and that it was quite a responsibility.

I wish the best for you and your family and look forward to seeing your posts as a regular member of MW.

Rev
