Default 1AD or NO2 supplements?

What does anyone know about these? My roommate and I are maybe going to try one or the other, but can't seem to find any unbiased info on either of them. Does anyone know of any websites where people have tried either? We're both kind of worried that too many unfavorable side effects may exist which are not advertised.

Okay, does anyone know of any other nutritional supplements you would recommended for adding size? We have started to go to the gym and I would like to add size to my shoulders and chest.

I weight train myself, only advice I can give you at this time about supplements is look at the protein content, dont look at the calories that a supplement has,as the one's that are loaded with a ton of calories,a person dont need all the calories that some of them contain and just pass through the body or just turn to fat tissue.

behind the neck presses help with shoulder mass and bench presses or incline presses help with chest development.

Yea, I take protein shakes right now. I was just wondering if any of these other supplements were any good.

Last spring semester was actually the first time in my life I was able to gain weight working out. I had a trainer draw up a 3 day a week program. That with the protein helped me put on ten pounds in about 10 weeks. I would like to add about another ten if I could. Maybe I will just go back to that old routine, although we have been going to the gym 4-5 days a week now.

Thumbs up

Do the 3 day program,like a mon-Wed-Fri routine

leave a day in between this gives the muscle tissue time to heal/rebuild itself.
