I'm pretty proud to say that I did do all the work to the car, with some help at times from my dad and grandpa, besides the actual spraying of the paint. My dad pretty much tought me how to do the things I didn't know how to do (mainly the body work) and then I went from there. My grandpa helped a lot when it came to doing the engine, because I didn't have any experience at all with engines when it came time to do it (I was 15 at the time). But yes, I talk to a TON of people that expect the car to have been worked on by someone else. It's very fun and very rewarding to hear older people complement me on the car. Makes all the hard work and blood, sweat, tears and money worth it! ![]() |
