Default Looks like I'm pulling an all nighter!

Well, it has been a long time since I have stayed up all night studying for anything, but it looks like that is the path I am taking tonight. I have a test at 8 in the morning and am just now getting around to looking at anything for it (it is now about 1:30 am here). I am better off staying up all night than going to bed at 5 and trying to wake up at 7.

Do many of you in college pull all-nighters often? I try to avoid them, but I have plenty of friends that do it for basically every exam and project they have.

Never went to college, and THANK GOD... did not have to worry about that.....
It could be worse....you could just be up so long on the internet all night for no real reason at all!!! At least there is a PURPOSE to your allnighter!!!
Be Proud...its for a good reason!!!

Yea, I guess I have a reason. I am sure later on tomorrow I will wish I had some sleep. At least I got some other night owls to keep me company !

Good for you! Hope ya did great! My biggest downfall in college is test taking. I can do all the work through the semester, and then when it comes to the test I second guess myself. I've learned it helps to study before 7 hours to the exam.. heehee You know just my opinion though! I was like you, cramming till 10 minutes before the exam.

I haven't done an all nighter since I worked midnight for a year straight. Especially not in school, I need as much time to sleepas possible. I don't function well without it.

I used to study for tests til late, but it never helped much. Tests aren't what's stressful, it's the waiting. Waiting for the grade, waiting to see if you got in somewhere you applied, waiting for word on the scholarship (thank god i'm already in and have the scholarship ).... I'd rather take a test and be done with it.

I won't get the test back until Monday......it's a class of aobut 80 people so it takes a while to get them all graded.

I actually like cramming for a test. I think I work best under pressure when it comes to tests. I have gotten used to waiting to study since I procrastinate when it comes to anything dealing with school. But, I rarely pull the all nighter anymore.
