Default Air intake enhancers?

I was told that there is a "Vernado" that can be installed in the air filter that will increase performance. Have searched for it, but can find it. Any help?
If this same message has already appeared, sorry! This is a new board for me and am not sure if I signed into the right spot.

Don't waste your time or money. Horsepower doesn't come from a 50-cent (literally) piece of aluminum foil.

Capri306 hit it right on the head dude. All these little ricer tornados and bilge blower superchargers are a complete waste of money.
